This service covers the following areas: *Kitchen (1): Dust and disinfect countertops, sink, exterior of appliances, microwave, and cabinet surfaces. *Bathroom (1): Dust and disinfect bathtub, shower, mirrors, toilet, sink, and cabinet tops. *Bedroom, Living Room, and Dining Room (1): Dust and disinfect all accessible surfaces. Make the bed. *General Tasks: Sweep and mop all floors. Empty and clean trash bins, replace liners, and take out the trash. Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellation Fees: No Fee: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance during regular business hours will not incur any charges. To cancel, contact us at (718) 300-7853 or info@tidycleaning.care. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the total cleaning cost. The remaining balance will be refunded electronically. Rescheduling: Bookings rescheduled with less than two days’ notice will incur an additional $35 fee. Service Adjustments: Once cleaners arrive, services cannot be reduced. Additional services or extended cleaning time may be requested on-site and are subject to availability. Pricing Information: Quoted prices apply to single-floor residences only. Multi-floor homes require prior consultation to confirm pricing.
